Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Lamsa (لمسة) for iPhone and iPad, published by Amazal.net.

Photo editing, filters, collage, and export run on your device. We do not upload your images to Amazal.net servers. No Amazal.net account is required.

Photos on your device

When you pick a photo from the library or camera, the app processes it in the app sandbox. Saved projects and cached previews stay on this device until you delete them or uninstall the app.

Exporting or sharing a photo sends it only to the destination you choose (Photos, Files, or another app). Amazal.net does not receive a copy unless you attach an image to an email you send us.

Permissions

Photo Library access is used when you choose a photo to edit or save an export to Photos.

Camera is used only if you take a new photo in the app.

Tracking permission may appear in the free version in connection with advertising. You can refuse and still edit photos.

Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Apple collects payment details under Apple’s privacy policy. Amazal.net receives entitlement status (for example, whether Pro is active) and does not receive your payment card number.

Restore Purchases uses the Apple ID on the device. We cannot issue refunds; refunds are handled by Apple.

Advertising (free version)

The free version may show ads through Google AdMob (for example banners or full-screen ads), subject to your consent choices.

To serve ads, Google may collect or infer a device advertising identifier, device model and iOS version, language, time zone, ad impressions and interactions, crash and diagnostic data related to the ads SDK, and approximate location derived from IP address. Depending on your consent choices, this data may be used for personalised advertising, frequency capping, and measurement.

Your photos, project files, and edit history are never sent to Google or any ad network as part of the editing pipeline.

Where required (including the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), a Google User Messaging Platform consent form is shown. You can decline personalised ads and still use the app. iOS may also ask for App Tracking Transparency permission. You can refuse tracking and still use the app.

A paid Pro plan removes ads. When Pro is active, the ads SDK is not started for that session.

Google’s own policies apply to data Google processes. Amazal.net does not control Google’s independent processing.

Support email

If you email [email protected] or [email protected], we receive the address you send from and the message you write. Do not attach photos you would not want stored in an inbox.

We keep support mail long enough to resolve the request, then delete it when it is no longer needed. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government ID scans, or documents you would not want stored in an inbox.

What Amazal.net does not do

We do not require an Amazal.net account for core features.

We do not sell the content you create or import in the app.

We do not use your photos, documents, resumes, quiz answers, or lesson progress to train artificial intelligence models.

We do not upload your files to Amazal.net servers for core processing.

Retention on your device

Content and settings stored by the app remain on the device until you delete them in the app or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes the app sandbox, including local databases and temporary files, unless you separately saved copies in Photos, Files, or another app.

Your choices and rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or California, you may have rights to request access to personal information we hold about you, to ask that we correct it, or to ask that we delete it. For Amazal.net apps, most personal content never leaves your device, so the practical way to delete it is to delete it in the app or uninstall the app.

We do not sell personal information. Advertising partners such as Google may process device identifiers for ads in free versions of some apps, as described in this policy and in their own policies. You can decline tracking and, where shown, decline personalised ads.

To make a request about information we actually hold (typically an email you sent us), write to [email protected] or [email protected]. We will not ask you to send resumes, documents, photos, or other app content to exercise these rights.

Children

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete the message.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app or the law changes. The Last updated date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
