Website Privacy Policy

Publisher: Amazal.net · Contact: support@amazal.net
This Privacy Policy explains how Amazal.net (“we”, “us”), operated by Med, an independent iOS developer, handles information in connection with the public website at amazal.net (the “Site”). It is written for App Store review, for people who visit the Site, and for people who email us.
The Site is a static marketing and legal site for native iPhone and iPad apps. It does not require an account, does not offer a user dashboard, and does not sell personal information.
Each iOS app has its own privacy policy. App processing (files on your device, in-app purchases, optional ads) is described on that app’s privacy page, not only in this website policy.
Who we are
Amazal.net is the publisher of the iOS apps listed on this Site. The public contact addresses are support@amazal.net and contact@amazal.net.
This policy applies to amazal.net and related pages we publish for App Store Privacy Policy and Terms of Use URLs (including each app’s /privacy, /terms, and /support pages).
What this Site does not collect
We do not require you to create an account to read the Site.
We do not run a newsletter signup on the Site.
We do not embed social-login widgets or a first-party analytics dashboard on these pages.
We do not ask the Site to collect your Photos, Files, microphone, or precise location.
Information that may be processed when you visit
The Site is hosted on ordinary web hosting. Like most websites, the host’s servers may automatically record technical logs when your browser requests a page. Those logs can include Internet Protocol (IP) address, date and time, requested URL, referrer URL, browser and device user-agent, and success or error status.
We use this kind of data, if we access it at all, only to operate the Site, diagnose errors, block abuse, and understand aggregate traffic. We do not use hosting logs to build advertising profiles about Site visitors.
Your browser may store ordinary files needed to display the Site, such as CSS, fonts, and the logo image. These are not advertising cookies set by Amazal.net.
App configuration files on this domain
Some Amazal.net iOS apps may request small configuration files from amazal.net so the publisher can update advertising unit settings without shipping an App Store update. Those files do not contain your name, email, photos, documents, or learning progress. They are not linked from the public HTML pages of the Site.
When an app requests a configuration file, the host may log the same kind of technical request data described above (IP address, time, URL). That log is not a copy of the content inside your app.
Email and support
If you email support@amazal.net or contact@amazal.net, we receive the address you send from, the subject and body, any attachments you include, and standard email metadata. We use that information only to reply and to keep a short record of the issue.
We keep support mail long enough to resolve the request, then delete it when it is no longer needed.
Links to other services
The Site links to Apple App Store product pages and to mailto: addresses. Apple’s App Store is operated by Apple, not by Amazal.net. When you leave amazal.net, the other service’s privacy policy applies.
How long we keep information
Hosting logs are retained according to the host’s default rotation unless we have a specific security or legal reason to keep a record longer.
Support emails are kept only as long as needed to reply and close the request.
We do not operate a long-term marketing database of Site visitors.
Your choices and rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or California, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold — typically an email you sent us. Write to support@amazal.net.
We do not sell personal information of Site visitors.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International visitors
The Site may be served from servers outside your country. Technical data such as IP address in hosting logs may be processed where the host operates. We do not transfer app content from your iPhone through this website.
Changes
We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The Last updated date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
