Privacy Policy

Resume content, cover letters, photos you add, templates you choose, and app settings are stored locally using Apple’s on-device storage (including SwiftData / the application sandbox).

That can include name, contact details, employment history, education, and other text you type. That content is not uploaded to Amazal.net servers as part of core functionality.

We do not send resume text, names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, company names, employment history, or education information to analytics.

If you contact support, your mail app sends only the message you compose. Do not attach a resume unless you choose to.

Face ID / Touch ID: optional app lock uses Apple LocalAuthentication on the device. Biometric templates never leave the device and are not available to Amazal.net.

Notifications: optional reminders use Apple’s local notification system. Permission is requested only if you enable reminders.

iCloud / CloudKit is not required and is not enabled in the current version. If it is added later, it will be optional and disclosed before use.

The app may record anonymous event names locally (for example, that a PDF export completed). These events do not include resume content and are not transmitted to an Amazal.net server in this version.

Delete a resume or cover letter in the app to remove that document from local storage. Uninstalling the app removes remaining local app data.

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Apple collects payment details under Apple’s privacy policy. Amazal.net receives entitlement status (for example, whether Pro is active) and does not receive your payment card number.

Restore Purchases uses the Apple ID on the device. We cannot issue refunds; refunds are handled by Apple.

Free PDF downloads can show a Google AdMob rewarded ad after you tap export. Ads are not shown over the resume editor. Pro removes ads.

Resume content is not sent to the ad SDK. Google may collect device and advertising identifiers under Google’s policies. We request non-personalised ads where supported. A consent form is shown when required.

Your CV text, photo, and contact details are not used as ad targeting data by Amazal.net.

If you email [email protected] or [email protected], we receive the address you send from and the message you write.

We keep support mail long enough to resolve the request, then delete it when it is no longer needed. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government ID scans, or documents you would not want stored in an inbox.

We do not require an Amazal.net account for core features.

We do not sell the content you create or import in the app.

We do not use your photos, documents, resumes, quiz answers, or lesson progress to train artificial intelligence models.

We do not upload your files to Amazal.net servers for core processing.

Content and settings stored by the app remain on the device until you delete them in the app or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes the app sandbox, including local databases and temporary files, unless you separately saved copies in Photos, Files, or another app.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or California, you may have rights to request access to personal information we hold about you, to ask that we correct it, or to ask that we delete it. For Amazal.net apps, most personal content never leaves your device, so the practical way to delete it is to delete it in the app or uninstall the app.

We do not sell personal information. Advertising partners such as Google may process device identifiers for ads in free versions of some apps, as described in this policy and in their own policies. You can decline tracking and, where shown, decline personalised ads.

To make a request about information we actually hold (typically an email you sent us), write to [email protected] or [email protected]. We will not ask you to send resumes, documents, photos, or other app content to exercise these rights.

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete the message.

We may update this policy when the app or the law changes. The Last updated date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
